  • Hole Saw Kits

    These hole saw kits contain the most common sizes needed on the jobsite, held in a durable, custom fit, plastic case. They each contain pilot bits, a small arbor with 1/4″ shank, and a large arbor with 7/16″ shank.
    The Electrician’s Kit includes:
    7/8″, 1-1/8″, 1-3/8″, 1-3/4″, 2″, 2-1/2″ hole saws, and small & large arbors with pilot bits.
    The Plumber’s Kit includes:
    3/4″, 7/8″, 1-1/8″, 1-1/2″, 1-3/4″, 2-1/4″ hole saws, and small and large arbors with pilot bits.

  • Pilot Drill Bits for Hole Saw Arbors

    As you use your hole saw blades, the pilot bit in the arbor will eventually wear out. Rather than buying a full replacement arbor, you can just buy a new pilot bit and replace the old bit.
    These pilot bits are made from High Speed Steel (HSS), and fit all hole saw arbors. They are available in lengths of 3″ and 4″. There is even a carbide tipped 4″ bit available if you need extra cutting power.

  • Bi-Metal Hole Saws

    Bi-Metal hole saws are constructed using both High Speed Steel (HSS) for its strength, and spring steel for its flexibility. This allows fast cutting in a wide range of materials, with less breakage from tough jobs.
    These hole saws also have a 4/6 variable pitch tooth combination to reduce vibration, and a deep cup for improved chip removal.

  • Exact TCT Tungsten Carbide Blade

The pipe cutters are light and easily carried, enabling the work to be performed wherever it is needed.
    TCT 165: Blade with tungsten carbide tips for general use. Suitable for cutting steel, copper, aluminum and plastics. TCT blades can be sharpened a couple of times so they will become like new.

  • Cut Off Wheel, Stationary, Double Reinforced

    This cut off wheel is made with heavy duty fiberglass reinforcement, for high-speed machines, and demanding cutting tasks. It meets or exceeds all safety standards for all machines on the market.

  • Cut Off Wheels, Concrete

    As the name implies, cut off wheels are designed to cut through solid materials such as metal, stainless steel, concrete, stone, or a combination of such material. Similar in structure to a thicker grinding wheel, cut off wheels are thin and are used edge-on to cut through the material.
    These cut-off wheels are specifically designed to cut concrete, masonry, and stone.

    The 18V LXT® Brushless Cordless 5-7/8” Metal Cutting Saw (XSC04) delivers faster metal cutting through Unistrut®, all thread, channel, corrugated, conduit, pipe, sheet metal, square tubing, steel and more. With a full 2-1/4″ cutting capacity, it is ideal for electrical contractors as it will cut 2” conduit in one pass – a huge time saver. It includes a transparent chip collector box to capture cutting debris. The brushless motor is engineered for efficiency, and in run-time testing the Saw made up to 125 cuts per charge in 1” SCH 40 pipe using an 18V 5.0Ah battery.
    Makita offers optimum 5-7/8″ blade options for use with the XSC04: 32T carbide tipped for metal and general purpose; 52T for thin metal; 52T for aluminum; and 60T for stainless steel (all sold separately).

The saw and rail system work together to produce accurate cuts with minimal tear-out.   • Makita 16 Gauge Nibbler, 18V LXT

    The 18V LXT® Lithium-Ion Cordless 16 Gauge Nibbler (XNJ01) provides contractors with another 18V LXT® metal cutting solution. The XNJ01Z is engineered for cutting corrugate metal roof decking, sheet metal, and stainless steel, and it will do the job without the cord. It is ideal for metal roofing and decking contractors, HVAC, and metal fab shop work.
    The XNJ01Z is powered by a Makita-built motor that delivers 1,900 strokes-per-minute (SPM) for fast and smooth cutting. The die holder rotates 360° to meet the demands of the cutting direction, with a cutting radius of 1-3/4” (inner edge) and 2” (outer edge). When cutting, the metal chips are conveniently disposed below the cutting material, which helps prevent damage to the work surface.
