BIO Firestop Pillow 3″ X 9″ X 6″
Intumescent Firestop Pillows are designed for use primarily in large openings with cables, cable trays, blank openings or multiple penetrating items. In the event of a fire, BIO™ Firestop Pillows will prevent the spread of flames and hot gases through the openings. Since no cure time is required, BIO™ Firestop Pillows are ready to install. BIO™ Firestop Pillows are reusable since they can be removed and reinstalled if necessary.

SpecSeal® Firestop Pillows are intumescent pillows designed for firestopping openings with multiple penetrants. The firestopping material is sealed in a heat sealed poly bag for ease of installation and strong, durable product. Pillows can be stacked and penetrants easily retrofitted for difficult applications.

SpecSeal Collar for Plastic Pipes

SSC Collars consist of a restraining collar with a factory applied intumescent ensuring the correct amount of material is applied every time. Under fire exposure, SSC Collars quickly expand and collapse combustible piping forming a dense char, resisting the passage of smoke and flame.

Our 3M™ Fire Barrier Sealant FD 150+ is a gun-grade, latex-based, elastomeric sealant that cures upon exposure to the atmosphere to form a monolithic flexible firestop seal. SpecSeal LCC Firestop Collar Series
The SpecSeal® LCC Collar is a factory-manufactured device designed to protect plastic pipes penetrating fire-rated walls and floors. Utilizing a heavy gauge galvanized metal collar to house a molded intumescent insert, the SpecSeal® LCC Firestop Collar is specifically sized to fit 1-1/2 in, 2 in, 3 in, and 4 in (38 mm, 51 mm, 76 mm and 102 mm) trade sized pipes. When exposed to temperatures in excess of 320°F (160°C), the SpecSeal® LCC Collar’s molded insert begins to expand (intumesce) rapidly to form a dense, highly insulative char. Its free expansion ranges from 32x to 64x original (pre-expanded) volume. Expansion continues up to 1,000°F (538°C).
