STI BIOSTOP 1-1/2″ Fire Rated Pipe Collar
Pipe Collars are prefabricated for open and closed through-penetration firestop systems using 1 1/2″(38 mm) to 6″ (152 mm) plastic pipe. An easy locking tab assures easy installation. The collar design greatly reduces the time and expense that is required to install competitive collars.

Biostop® Pipe Collars are used to seal off plastic pipe both in closed and vented (DWV) conditions. Also for use on up to 6" (152 mm) diameter id core), FRPP, PVC and CPVC pipe. The collar may be used on up to 3 hour rated concrete floors and walls, up to 2 hour rated gypsum walls and up to 2 hour rated wood floors.

SpecSeal LC 150 Endothermic Sealant is a latex-based gun grade firestop sealant for construction joints and non-combustible penetrations. SpecSeal® LC Sealant is engineered to adhere well to virtually all construction surfaces and may be applied using a standard caulk gun or by troweling with a standard mason’s trowel or with a putty knife. Our 3M™ Fire Barrier Moldable Putty Pads MPP+ are a one-part firestop material used in various fire-rated assemblies, such as electrical box protection. Designed to prevent the spread of fire, smoke and noxious gasses, this intumescent material comes ready to use in convenient 1/10” (2.54 mm) thick pads that are conformable by hand with no mixing or tools. Pads are firestop tested up to 4 hours.

Intumescent Firestop Pillows are designed for use primarily in large openings with cables, cable trays, blank openings or multiple penetrating items. In the event of a fire, BIO™ Firestop Pillows will prevent the spread of flames and hot gases through the openings. Since no cure time is required, BIO™ Firestop Pillows are ready to install. BIO™ Firestop Pillows are reusable since they can be removed and reinstalled if necessary.
