  • Cut Off Wheels, Aluminum

As the name implies, cut off wheels are designed to cut through solid materials such as metal, stainless steel, concrete, stone, or a combination of such material. Similar in structure to a thicker grinding wheel, cut off wheels are thin and are used edge-on to cut through the material.
This cut off wheel is designed for cut cleanly through aluminum and other non-ferrous metals, with minimal burrs.

  • Cut Off Wheels, Concrete

As the name implies, cut off wheels are designed to cut through solid materials such as metal, stainless steel, concrete, stone, or a combination of such material. Similar in structure to a thicker grinding wheel, cut off wheels are thin and are used edge-on to cut through the material.
These cut-off wheels are specifically designed to cut concrete, masonry, and stone.

  • Mandrel Adapter, 1/4″ X 1/4″

The CGW 1/4″ x 1/4″ mandrel adapter is made for small diameter cut-off wheels with 1/4″ arbors. These mandrels can be used on electric or battery operated drills or on high speed air tools such as a die grinder.

  • Mandrel, 1/4″ to 3/8″

This mandrel adapter allows the user to use cutting or grinding discs with different arbor styles on various tools.

  • Cut Off Wheels, Small Diameter

As the name implies, cut off wheels are designed to cut through solid materials such as metal, stainless steel, concrete, stone, or a combination of such material. Similar in structure to a thicker grinding wheel, cut off wheels are thin and are used edge-on to cut through the material.

  • Cut Off Wheels, Large Diameter

As the name implies, cut off wheels are designed to cut through solid materials such as metal, stainless steel, concrete, stone, or a combination of such material. Similar in structure to a thicker grinding wheel, cut off wheels are thin and are used edge-on to cut through the material.

  • Rubber Back-Up Pad, without Nut

Rubber back-up pads are used with abrasive sanding and grinding discs. The rubber back-up pad has spiral ribs to provide contact points for the abrasive disc, and to form channels for air flow which extend the life of the disc by up to 50%.

  • FGF Wheel, Type 29

A raised knob pattern on the wheel face allows for exceptionally cool grinding and no material load up. Engineered as Type 29 for easy grinding and blending on curve and straight work pieces without gouging. These wheels are recommended for metal, steel, aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals.

  • Flap Grinding Disc, Zirconia & Ceramic, Type 29

CGW Flap discs blend and finish in one operation which replaces the traditional two-step grinding process of grinding wheels and sanding discs. Flap discs provide a more consistent finish.
Certain flap discs are trimmable, allowing the user to remove the outer edge of the backing to expose more of the disc. This means longer life and fewer disc changes on long jobs.

  • Unitized Grinding Wheel

Unitized grinding wheels are comprised of a bonded abrasive in a three dimensional matrix. They are not based on woven layers as other grinding wheels are. This consistency allows unitized wheels to produce very fine finishes on most surfaces, from aerospace compositeds to harder materials such as titanium. They are also excellent for surface preparation tasks like deburring and cleaning.

  • Grinding Wheels, Type 27

Grinding wheels are used for dressing the surface of material, from hard and soft metals, to stone and concrete, to plastics. The various product designs and abrasive types allow a great range of uses.

  • Flap Disk, High Density Zirconia, Type 27

CGW Flap discs blend and finish in one operation which replaces the traditional two-step grinding process of T27 grinding wheels and sanding discs. Flap discs provide a more consistent finish. CGW flap discs reduce processing time which increases productivity for lower parts finishing costs and provides an overall cost savings. CGW flap discs are engineered for full use of the coated abrasive material. Layering the abrasive cloth flaps allows the discs to wear evenly which constantly exposes new sharp grain.
The High Density Zirconia Flap Disk is for use on stainless steel, sheet metal, tool steels, heat-treated steels, and for the grinding & finishing of welds. For aggressive use on heavy duty applications.
CGW’S new ceramic flap disc is the best choice for grinding stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, and other hard metals. Using CGW’s ceramic flap disc will give a “cool grinding surface” since the grain has a self sharpening formula.
