  • GLASS SANDING DISC, 5″

    Black silicon carbide is harder than aluminum oxide, and is generally used for the abrasives and ceramic industries.  The only two common abrasive materials harder than SiC are diamonds and boron carbide. Silicon Carbide is special in the way it breaks down.  As it breaks down into smaller particles, the media will expose new, sharp edges.  Therefore, as the media breaks down, it will create a “working blend” of various sized particles.  This allows for effective surface cleaning/polishing.
    These sanding discs use these attributes of silicon carbide to polish glass, as well as ceramics, and stone.

  • GOLD SANDING DISC, VELCRO HOOK AND LOOP

    Pasco Gold sanding discs, with Mylar/paper backing, is the best selling sanding disc. Available in many sizes and styles, this version uses a Velcro, or hook and loop, backing to attach to a matching pad. 

  • FLAP WHEEL DRUM ADAPTER KIT

    The Flap Wheel Drum Adapter Set allows CGW keyhole arbor drums to fit onto 5/8 – 11 spindles – including competitive surface finishing machines and variable speed right angle grinders.
    The 3-piece set includes one spindle sleeve, one screw and one Allen wrench. Each piece is also available individually.

  • QUICK CHANGE DISCS, STIFF BACK

    CGW Quick Change discs are ideal for demanding applications that require heavy force and excellent stock removal. Their STIFF BACK technology allows for +20% more stock removal on high pressure applications. Stiff backed discs also last 30% longer then standard discs when edge wear is an issue.
    Quick Change STIFF BACK discs are equal to resin fiber discs for aggressive deburring and interrupted cuts.
    The 2″ back pad is required to use these Quick Change discs.

  • ZEC GRINDING WHEELS

    The ZEC dic contains a mix of A/O (Aluminum Oxide) S/C (Silicon Carbide). These grain types are very aggressive. The ZEC disc is flat with a plastic back.  The ZEC fits most angle grinders and does not require a backing pad, but attaches directly to the spindle of the grinding machine. In comparison to depressed center wheels or resin fiber discs the ZEC is lighter, cuts faster, and grinds faster while leaving an even surface.

  • RESIN FIBRE DISCS

    Resin fibre discs offer long life, high stock removal and cool cutting action. They are electrostatically coated to a heavy duty vulcanized fibre backing with heat resistant phenolic resins.

    With the choice between Aluminum Oxide and Ceramic grains, these discs will be perfect for many materials.

  • RESIN CUP WHEELS, FOR CONCRETE & STONE

    Resin cup wheels are excellent at grinding and cleaning concrete and stone surfaces. Their design allows fast work with low heat, and the open face prevents dust build-up as it is working. 

  • MANDREL ADAPTER, 1/4″ X 1/4″

    The CGW 1/4″ x 1/4″ mandrel adapter is made for small diameter cut-off wheels with 1/4″ arbors. These mandrels can be used on electric or battery operated drills or on high speed air tools such as a die grinder.

  • MANDREL, 1/4″ TO 3/8″

    This mandrel adapter allows the user to use cutting or grinding discs with different arbor styles on various tools.

  • RUBBER BACK-UP PAD, WITHOUT NUT

    Rubber back-up pads are used with abrasive sanding and grinding discs. The rubber back-up pad has spiral ribs to provide contact points for the abrasive disc, and to form channels for air flow which extend the life of the disc by up to 50%.
