Saw Blades (All Non-Diamond)

  • Hole Saw Kits

These hole saw kits contain the most common sizes needed on the jobsite, held in a durable, custom fit, plastic case. They each contain pilot bits, a small arbor with 1/4″ shank, and a large arbor with 7/16″ shank.
    The Electrician’s Kit includes:
    7/8″, 1-1/8″, 1-3/8″, 1-3/4″, 2″, 2-1/2″ hole saws, and small & large arbors with pilot bits.
    The Plumber’s Kit includes:
3/4″, 7/8″, 1-1/8″, 1-1/2″, 1-3/4″, 2-1/4″ hole saws, and small and large arbors with pilot bits.
(Case color and design may vary.)

  • Pilot Drill Bits for Hole Saw Arbors

As you use your hole saw blades, the pilot bit in the arbor will eventually wear out. Rather than buying a full replacement arbor, you can just buy a new pilot bit and replace the old bit.
These pilot bits are made from High Speed Steel (HSS), and fit all hole saw arbors. They are available in lengths of 3″ and 4″. There is even a carbide tipped 4″ bit available if you need extra cutting power.

  • Arbors for Hole Saws, Mag-Bit

These arbors attach to various sizes of hole saws, and have shanks for hex and SDS drivers. They are made by Mag-Bit, but match industry standard hole saws. Each arbor can attach to multiple sizes of hole saw, with the smallest starting at 9/16″ and going up to 1-3/16″.
The larger size starts at 1-1/4″, and runs up to the largest at 6″. This size has two posts that fit into matching holes in the back plate of the saw body, so ensure that the saw can’t spin around the arbor as you cut the hole.
In addition to that choice, an arbor may have a shank that is 1/4″, 3/8″, or 7/16″ hex, or SDS.

  • Bi-Metal Hole Saws

Bi-Metal hole saws are constructed using both High Speed Steel (HSS) for its strength, and spring steel for its flexibility. This allows fast cutting in a wide range of materials, with less breakage from tough jobs.
These hole saws also have a 4/6 variable pitch tooth combination to reduce vibration, and a deep cup for improved chip removal.

  • Makita 55″ Guide Rail for Use with Plunge Saw

The Makita 55″ Plunge Saw Guide Rail (194368-5), when used with a Makita Plunge Circular Saw (SP6000) is a more portable option to a table saw for ripping sheet material. The Guide Rail interacts with the Plunge Saw (not included) to provide smooth, dead-on straight cuts. For use with the Makita 6-1/2 in. Plunge Circular Saws (models SP6000K/K1 and SP6000J/J1).

  • Exact TCT Tungsten Carbide Blade

The Exact pipe cutting system improves pipe cutting beyond comparison. Not only do Exact pipe cutters complete the work in a fraction of the time taken by alternative methods, but the quality of the finished cut is so clean and straight that normally no extra shaping or reworking is required. The pipe cutters are light and easily carried, enabling the work to be performed wherever it is needed.
TCT 165: Blade with tungsten carbide tips for general use. Suitable for cutting steel, copper, aluminum and plastics. TCT blades can be sharpened a couple of times so they will become like new.

  • Self-Feed Hole Saw

Designed for high speed cutting of large holes for pipe or conduit placement. Multiple outlining spurs quickly bore precise holes without shipping or splintering. Ideal for plumbers, electricians, carpenters, or anyone who needs to drill large holes in wood.

  • Paddle Bits, Individual

Paddle bits, also called spade bits, have a wide, flat blade. They are commonly used by tradesmen such as electricians and plumbers for drilling holes through studs in walls for running wiring or pipes (auger bits and hole saws are also used for this), but they also have a place in the woodshop for drilling on fine woodworking projects.
An extension kit is available for the extreme jobs. It includes a 12″ extension shaft, and a bent-hex tool to securely tighten the retaining screws when the paddle bit is installed. (See image.)

  • Cermet X140

Very durable blade with special ceramic alloy tips for heavy duty applications, especially for cutting stainless and acid proof steel. Cermet blades can be sharpened a couple of times so they will become like new.

  • Diamond X140

Heavy duty special diamond blade only to be used for cutting cast iron and ductile pipes.
