Makita is meeting demand with an expanding line of cordless OPE, including the 40V max XGT® Brushless 18” Chain Saw (GCU04). Convenience features include lateral chain tensioning with dual stud for efficient chain retention, captured bar nuts, adjustable automatic chain lubrication with large oil reservoir, and a built-in L.E.D. on/off switch with auto power-off function which automatically shuts the saw off when operation is delayed for extended battery life.

There are 3 feature models of the GCU04 18” Chain Saw. The choices are with or without one or two batteries and charger.  All models come with standard accessories of 18″ guide bar, and 18″ saw chain. Options for the Makita GCU04 are:

2. GCU04T1: Tool, (1) 40V max XGT® Lithium-Ion 5.0Ah battery, rapid charger, and accessories
3. GCU04T: Tool, (2) 40V max XGT® Lithium-Ion 5.0Ah batteries, rapid charger, and accessories
