  • Makita Dust Extraction Shroud, 7″

The Makita Dust Extracting Surface Grinding Shroud (195368-6) is designed to fit Makita 7 in. grinders. It features a spring-loaded suspension system that keeps the shroud flush to the surface during movement and compensates for blade wear. The shroud has a removable edge piece for surface work flush to edges or other objects. It also has soft brushes that help contain the dust and allow for smooth movement over the work surface.

  • Makita Dust Extraction Shroud, 5″

The Makita Dust Extracting Surface Grinding Shroud (195236-5) is designed to fit Makita 4-1/2 in. – 5 in. grinders. It features a spring-loaded suspension system that keeps the shroud flush to the surface during movement and compensates for blade wear. The shroud has a removable edge piece for surface work flush to edges or other objects. It also has soft brushes that help contain the dust and allow for smooth movement over the work surface.
The outside diameter of the extraction port will work with most standard vacuum hose systems. The dust shroud is ideal for concrete finishing, concrete material removal and paint or surface coating removal.

  • Makita Dust Extraction Cutting Guard for Grinder

The Makita Dust Extraction Cutting Guard is designed to work with the Makita 4-1/2″ and 5″ grinders, both corded and cordless. It forms a perfect barrier around the tool to capture as must residue as possible when in use.

  • Wire Wheel Brushes, Crimped or Knotted

These wire wheel brushes are designed for fast, heavy duty working on large surfaces. The crimped wire wheel brush is great for light and medium duty cleaning, such as removing scale and paint, deburring, and cleaning welds or flat surfaces.

The knotted wire wheel brush allows a long working life and high removal capacity while working at high speed.

  • Wire Cup Brushes, Crimped or Knotted

These wire cup brushes are designed for fast, heavy duty working on large surfaces. The crimped wire cup brush is great for light and medium duty cleaning, such as removing scale and paint, deburring, and cleaning welds or flat surfaces.
The knotted wire cup brush allows a long working life and high removal capacity while working at high speed.

  • Glass Sanding Disc, 5″

Black silicon carbide is harder than aluminum oxide, and is generally used for the abrasives and ceramic industries.  The only two common abrasive materials harder than SiC are diamonds and boron carbide. Silicon Carbide is special in the way it breaks down.  As it breaks down into smaller particles, the media will expose new, sharp edges.  Therefore, as the media breaks down, it will create a “working blend” of various sized particles.  This allows for effective surface cleaning/polishing.
These sanding discs use these attributes of silicon carbide to polish glass, as well as ceramics, and stone.

  • Flap Wheel Drum Adapter Kit

The Flap Wheel Drum Adapter Set allows CGW keyhole arbor drums to fit onto 5/8 – 11 spindles – including competitive surface finishing machines and variable speed right angle grinders.
The 3-piece set includes one spindle sleeve, one screw and one Allen wrench. Each piece is also available individually.

  • Cut Off Wheels, Type 27

As the name implies, cut off wheels are designed to cut through solid materials such as metal, stainless steel, concrete, stone, or a combination of such material. Similar in structure to a thicker grinding wheel, cut off wheels are thin and are used edge-on to cut through the material.
These cut-off discs are Type 27, Depressed Center style.

  • Mandrel Adapter, 1/4″ X 1/4″

The CGW 1/4″ x 1/4″ mandrel adapter is made for small diameter cut-off wheels with 1/4″ arbors. These mandrels can be used on electric or battery operated drills or on high speed air tools such as a die grinder.

  • Mandrel, 1/4″ to 3/8″

This mandrel adapter allows the user to use cutting or grinding discs with different arbor styles on various tools.

  • Cut Off Wheels, Small Diameter

As the name implies, cut off wheels are designed to cut through solid materials such as metal, stainless steel, concrete, stone, or a combination of such material. Similar in structure to a thicker grinding wheel, cut off wheels are thin and are used edge-on to cut through the material.

  • Rubber Back-Up Pad, without Nut

Rubber back-up pads are used with abrasive sanding and grinding discs. The rubber back-up pad has spiral ribs to provide contact points for the abrasive disc, and to form channels for air flow which extend the life of the disc by up to 50%.
