It’s powered by a Makita brushless motor for longer run time, increased power and speed, and longer tool life. For the most demanding applications, Makita’s exclusive Automatic Speed Change™ Technology automatically adjusts speed and torque during operation for optimal performance. The XAG04 is ideal for grinding, cutting and sanding a wide range of materials including tile, concrete, pipe, conduit, and more.
There are 2 feature models of the XAG04 4-1/2″ / 5″ Angle Grinder. The choice is with or without battery and rapid charger. Both options include a grinding wheel, cut-off wheel, wheel guard, cut-off wheel guard, and side handle. Options for the Makita XAG04 are:

As an optional accessory, Makita makes a dust shroud that allows direct connection to a vacuum hose to help reduce dust and debris from the work area. One photo shows it installed on the angle grinder.
It’s part of Makita’s expanding 18V Lithium-Ion system, the world’s largest cordless tool system powered by 18V Lithium-Ion slide-style batteries.
