Sunday 6:00 AM Emergency Order

Called Thread Source Saturday evening for an emergency job that I needed material for for the Seminole Casino for early Sunday morning. Answered the call on his cell phone. I gave him the list of material I needed and he said he would check stock and call me right back. Within 15 mins, he called and said everything I needed was in stock and we arranged a meeting time of 5:30am at Thread Source’s Fort Myers office. When I got there, he was already there with the entire order pulled and ready for me to quickly load and head to the job. Thank you for the awesome service and follow thru! This company is truely committed to it’s customers…a rare find!
