SpecSeal FS200 2″ Ready Sleeve
SpecSeal Ready Sleeves are designed for new cabling penetrations where sleeves are required. Each Ready Sleeve kit includes a preformed steel sleeve with rolled edges, steel escutcheon plates with intumescent gaskets, and a dosage of our SpecSeal SSP Firestop Putty. The rolled edges of each Ready Sleeve eliminate the need for bushings while the included escutcheon plates and gaskets take the place of steel strut and strap supports.
SpecSeal® Ready® Sleeve Pathways are used to protect or support cables in both nonrated and rated construction. SpecSeal® Ready® Sleeve Pathways are suitable for use in all common constructions including concrete floors, concrete walls, concrete block walls, and gypsum board/stud wall assemblies up to 10” (254 mm) thick.

SpecSeal® Ready® Sleeve Pathway kits are simple in design and installation. All sizes of the Sleeve Pathways include a unique pressfit end cap design to liminate potential sharp edges and do away with the need for conduit bushings.
SpecSeal® Ready® Sleeve Pathways are sized to the same O.D. as standard EMT (Electrical Mechanical Tubing) and will accept EMT accessories such as grounding bushings. Additionally, SpecSeal® Ready® Sleeve Pathways provide an easy method for compliance with the sleeve attachment requirements of the 2015 IBC Section 714.2 and 2018 IBC Section 714.3 without the need for struts or other bracing.

The SpecSeal® LCC Collar is a factory-manufactured device designed to protect plastic pipes penetrating fire-rated walls and floors. Utilizing a heavy gauge galvanized metal collar to house a molded intumescent insert, the SpecSeal® LCC Firestop Collar is specifically sized to fit 1-1/2 in, 2 in, 3 in, and 4 in (38 mm, 51 mm, 76 mm and 102 mm) trade sized pipes. When exposed to temperatures in excess of 320°F (160°C), the SpecSeal® LCC Collar’s molded insert begins to expand (intumesce) rapidly to form a dense, highly insulative char. Its free expansion ranges from 32x to 64x original (pre-expanded) volume. Expansion continues up to 1,000°F (538°C).
