3M Fire Barrier FD 150+ Sealant
Tried and Tested Fire Protection
Ready-to-use, 3M™ Fire Barrier Sealant FD 150+ is a latex-based elastomeric sealant. This gun-grade sealant cures when dispensed to form a monolithic flexible firestop seal and, when properly installed, this product provides up to 4-hour fire protection in tested and listed systems. We formulated this sealant to help prevent the spread of fire, smoke and noxious gas and firestop joints and through penetrations through floor slabs, walls and other fire-rated building partitions and assemblies. This firestop sealant offers a continuous seal with ± 19% movement capability for construction joints and typical pipe movement and exhibits excellent adhesion to a full range of construction substrates.

Description
- Firestop tested up to 3 hours in accordance with ASTM E 814 (UL 1479) and CAN/ULC S115

SpecSeal LCI300 Sealant
SpecSeal® LCI Sealant is a versatile and economical intumescent sealant that has excellent caulking properties as well as high build properties on vertical or overhead surfaces. This single component sealant may be caulked (standard cartridge or bulk loaded), knifed or troweled. In addition, SpecSeal® LCI Sealant does not contain PCB’s or asbestos.
SpecSeal® LCI Sealant is storage stable (when stored according to the manufacturer’s recommendations), and will not separate or shrink when dried (when applied according to the manufacturer's recommendations). SpecSeal® LCI Sealant will adhere to all common construction and penetrant materials and contains no solvents that might adversely effect plastic pipes or cable jackets. -

SpecSeal SSP Firestop Putty excels at sealing cabling penetrations and outlet boxes. SSP Putty is non-hardening and easily hand works around grouped cabling penetrations forming a re-enterable seal allowing for future work. When applied with outlet boxes, SSP Putty easily works into voids and seams forming a continuous seal against fire and the products of combustion. -
Firestop Closet Toilet Flange Gasket
SpecSeal Closet Flange Firestop Gaskets are one-piece, molded rubber, intumescent pads that install beneath a 3″ (76 mm) or 4″ (102 mm) closet flange to effectively firestop the opening. The die cut rubber gasket is perforated to delineate removable inserts sized to accommodate various outer diameters of toilet flanges.

SpecSeal FS200 2″ Ready Sleeve
SpecSeal Ready Sleeves are designed for new cabling penetrations where sleeves are required. Each Ready Sleeve kit includes a preformed steel sleeve with rolled edges, steel escutcheon plates with intumescent gaskets, and a dosage of our SpecSeal SSP Firestop Putty. The rolled edges of each Ready Sleeve eliminate the need for bushings while the included escutcheon plates and gaskets take the place of steel strut and strap supports.
SpecSeal® Ready® Sleeve Pathways are used to protect or support cables in both nonrated and rated construction. 3M™ Fire Barrier Moldable Putty Pads
Our 3M™ Fire Barrier Moldable Putty Pads MPP+ are a one-part firestop material used in various fire-rated assemblies, such as electrical box protection. Designed to prevent the spread of fire, smoke and noxious gasses, this intumescent material comes ready to use in convenient 1/10” (2.54 mm) thick pads that are conformable by hand with no mixing or tools. Pads are firestop tested up to 4 hours.

Fire Safing 4″ X 24″ X 48″ , 4 Panels
Mineral Wool Fire Safing is designed to provide enhanced fire protection in perimeter fire containment systems, floor and wall penetrations, construction joints, and other firestopping applications. It is non-combustible, moisture-resistant, non-corrosive, non-deteriorating, mildew-resistant and vermin-resistant. Mineral Wool FireStop Safing is primarily used as a backing material for firestop caulks and sealants.
