Concrete Insert Box, Ceiling
The concrete insert box is designed to allow attachment of threaded rod in a ceiling, and is installed before the cement is poured into the wooden form. Once the cement hardens, and the form is removed, the knockout plate is removed and a concrete insert nut is placed inside.
