Mro Thread-Locker, 50ml Bottle
MRO Solutions thread-locking products are anaerobic compounds formulated for sealing, joining, fastening, retaining, and generally locking together metal components. Unlike other thread-lockers, MRO compounds are non-surface sensitive, so they do not require use of primers for curing.
Once parts are mated with MRO thread-lockers, they form a unitized assembly that resists vibration. In addition, the mated parts are sealed against attack from corrosion, internal rust, seizure, solvents, gases, and other chemicals.

MRO Solutions anaerobic compounds will reduce inventory costs by eliminating the need for mechanical locking devices, such as plastic inserts, lock washers, set screws, lock nuts, or cotter pins. Machining and assembly costs will also be reduced. The gap filling capability of the MRO anaerobics allows for greater tolerances between parts.
Solution 10 - Medium Strength Blue Thread-locker
Removable general purpose thread-locker for locking/sealing fasteners. May be disassembled with hand tools.
Meets MIL-S-46163A Type II Grade N.
Solution 11 - High Strength Red Thread-locker
Permanent thread-locker for locking and sealing fasteners up to 1" in diameter. Disassembly will be difficult.
Meets MIL-S-46163A Type I Grade K.

T-Nuts
T-nuts are barrel shaped fasteners with internal threading, and are used to provide an anchor point for a bolt in a piece of wood, whether a flat board or a dimensional piece. They are especially useful when a flush surface is wanted. T-nuts have a flat base with prongs bent up at 90° angles, parallel to the barrel. After pre-drilling a hole, the t-nut can be fixed in place either by tightening a bolt into it from the top, which pulls the prongs into the wood, or using hammer to pound the locking prongs into the wood until flush.
