All request for returns should be directed through our sales department. A RGA (Return Goods Authorization) must be given prior to any material being returned and credited. On standard TSI stock, a 15% handling charge will be applied for the costs associated with restocking the product and processing the credit(s). Additional fees may apply if any returned item needs repackaging, if material needs to go back to our Vendor(s) for credit, additional charges our Vendor(s) may impose, freight costs to get the material back to our Vendor(s), etc. All of this will be worked out prior to the authorization of the return.
We do offer our RFE Program for Fast Track Jobs, Special Manufacturing Projects and Large Construction Jobs. Thread Source, Inc.’s RFE “Return Fastener Excess” program is designed to give you have all the materials you need (or think you may need) in-hand, to perform a task or job with the flexibility to return any unused excess materials once the job is complete. Each of these programs are customized with special pricing, terms & conditions. This program is a 100% Money Back Guarantee on all unused merchandise that is in 100% New Sellable Condition. Additional conditions apply to this program and details can be provided by our Sales Department.
Our RFE Program “Return Fastener Excess” is a program for Special Projects and gives our customers flexibility to return any unused excess materials once the job is complete for a 100% Money Back Guarantee. Conditions do apply and can be addressed with your sales representative.
This program includes negotiated prices on left over fastener inventory. Whether purchased from us or not, we will entertain the buy back of left over inventory as long as it fits our business model and inventory needs. The transaction will be in the form of a credit on your account towards future purchases and not to offset any current balances or past due balances. Conditions do apply.
