  • BIO Firestop Pillow 3″ X 9″ X 6″

    Intumescent Firestop Pillows are designed for use primarily in large openings with cables, cable trays, blank openings or multiple penetrating items. In the event of a fire, BIO™ Firestop Pillows will prevent the spread of flames and hot gases through the openings. Since no cure time is required, BIO™ Firestop Pillows are ready to install. BIO™ Firestop Pillows are reusable since they can be removed and reinstalled if necessary.

  • BIO Fireshield Gasket, Double Outlet

    BIOSTOP® Firestop Gasket is a single component fire rated gasket for use with electrical boxes when addressing the “24 inch rule”. It is mounted on the inside of the cover plate and installed at the same time as the cover plate, covering the opening and providing the necessary fire protection.
    When exposed to heat, BIOSTOP® Firestop Gasket’s highly intumescent nature causes it to expand forming a char that will seal off the opening and prevent the spread of flames and limit the temperature rise on the unexposed surfaces.

  • STI BIOSTOP® 750, 5 Gallon

    BIOSTOP® 750  is a water-based sealant that comes in three different grades (spray mastic, Self-leveling and Caulk grade) and two colors (red and white). Ideal for use in construction joints such as top of the wall, curtain wall perimeter, expansion, control, etc., and for general construction gaps and voids. The mastic spray is designed for spray application and a economical means of installation on long joint runs.

  • SpecSeal AS205 Elastomer Spray, 5 Gal

    SpecSeal® AS200 Elastomeric Spray is designed primarily for the protection of construction joints, curtain wall safing gaps, and certain through-penetrations.
    This fire protective joint coating is a water-based, non-halogenated elastomeric coating that contains no solvents, inorganic fibers, nor asbestos. The coating dries to form a flexible, moisture resistant film that can adhere to all common construction surfaces. It provides for up to 50 percent movement. SpecSeal® AS200 is thixotropic and is capable of being applied by airless spray, brush or trowel.

  • 3M™ Fire Barrier Moldable Putty Pads

    Our 3M™ Fire Barrier Moldable Putty Pads MPP+ are a one-part firestop material used in various fire-rated assemblies, such as electrical box protection. Designed to prevent the spread of fire, smoke and noxious gasses, this intumescent material comes ready to use in convenient 1/10” (2.54 mm) thick pads that are conformable by hand with no mixing or tools. Pads are firestop tested up to 4 hours.

    • Protection of membrane penetrations for listed metallic and non-metallic electrical boxes
    • Wall opening protective to meet building requirements
    • Seal gaps between cables in multiple penetrations (including fiber optic inner duct)
    • Insulated pipe, electrical conduit and metal pipe penetrations
  • 3M IC 15WB Intumescent Sealant

    Designed to prevent the spread of fire, smoke and noxious gas, 3M™ Fire Barrier Sealant IC 15WB+ is a one-part, gun-grade, latex-based, intumescent firestop sealant. This firestop sealant provides up to 3-hour fire protection in accordance with ASTM E 814 (UL 1479) and CAN/ULC S115. In addition, this product is fire resistance tested for static construction joint systems in accordance with ASTM E 1966 (UL 2079). This sealant has been formulated to form a monolithic firestop seal that also helps minimize sound transfer, acting as a barrier to airborne sound transmission (STC-Rating of 54 when tested in a STC 54-rated wall assembly)
    Recommended Applications:  HVAC ducts and vents;  Metallic and non-metallic pipes, including CPVC pipes;  Blank openings;  Single and bundled cables;  Insulated pipe;  Pipe and cable through-penetrations;  Busways;  Combos;  Rated wall, floor and floor-ceiling assemblies;  Static construction joints.

  • 3M Fire Dam 150 Elastomeric

    Our 3M™ Fire Barrier Sealant FD 150+ is a gun-grade, latex-based, elastomeric sealant that cures upon exposure to the atmosphere to form a monolithic flexible firestop seal. When properly installed, this sealant helps control the spread of fire, smoke and noxious gasses before, during and after exposure to a fire and exhibits excellent adhesion to a full range of construction substrates.
    We have the red version in stock, but it is also available in blue and limestone grey.

    Recommended Applications: Construction joints;  Piping, all non-combustible and small diameter combustible;  Cables.

  • 3M CP25WB+ Elastomeric Sealant

    Tough and ready-to-use, 3M™ Fire Barrier Sealant CP 25WB+ is a high-performance intumescent sealant that dries to form a monolithic firestop seal. This sealant also acts as a barrier to airborne sound transmission. This sealant is designed to help control the spread of fire, smoke and noxious gases before, during and after exposure to a fire.

    SSS Intumescent Firestop Sealant
    SpecSeal SSS Firestop Sealant is a premium grade water-based Intumescent firestop sealant. SpecSeal SSS Sealant incorporates a proprietary two-stage intumescent technology making it the go to choice for any combustible or non-combustible penetrants. As little as a 1/2″ applied depth of SSS Sealant is required to provide up to a 4 Hr Fire resistance rating when tested to ASTM E814/UL 1479.

    SpecSeal SSP Firestop Putty excels at sealing cabling penetrations and outlet boxes. SSP Putty is non-hardening and easily hand works around grouped cabling penetrations forming a re-enterable seal allowing for future work. When applied with outlet boxes, SSP Putty easily works into voids and seams forming a continuous seal against fire and the products of combustion.
