Lee BIA Builders Care

The mission of Lee BIA Builders Care is to provide emergency construction services at no cost to needy and deserving elderly and disabled homeowners who cannot obtain repairs through traditional means. We enlist the help of Lee BIA members and local contractors to help give donated services and materials to help our neighbors in need.

Recently Thread Source was able to assist with the donation of items to Lee BIA Builders Care for the annual “Building Product Blowout Sale”. This was the most successful sale to date for the organization and over $30,000 was raised during the event. Every penny raised from this sale allows Lee BIA Builders Care to continue their mission in helping elderly and disabled homeowners in need with emergency construction repairs.

Because of the outstanding support of local companies like Thread Source and others, Builders Care has successfully completed more than 300 projects to date and recently reached a milestone providing over $4.0 million in construction services at no cost to elderly and disabled individual here in Lee County.
